    List of Ingredients




    2 cups zucchini shredded and wrap in paper towel and sqeeze to get excess liquid out
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup mozarella
    1 egg beaten

    Recipe



    mix and pat onto greased 10" pizza pan. Bake at 400º fro 10 min.

    Put sauce, any toppings/cheese on and bake additional 20 min.
