List of Ingredients
1 can apple pie filling
1 reg. size bottle BBQ sauce
1/2 small onion (or to taste)
4-7 thicker pork chops--(we use the boneless pork loin)
Recipe
Spead apple pie filling on the bottom of a 6 cup tin. Pour about 1/4 a bottle of BBQ sauce over the apples. Next make a layer of thinly sliced onion (again to taste-I like a lot!) Arrange the pork chops over the top; pour remaining BBQ sauce over the top. Cover with plastic wrap and package for the freezer.
* Directions: Thaw. Remove lid and wrap. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
