    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup vinegar
    2 T. dry mustard
    3 T. brown sugar
    3 - 4 T. chili sauce
    6-8 pork chops

    Recipe



    Combine ingredients an mix wll. Pour over seasoned chops in glass baking dish, dover and bake at 400 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until chops are tender. Uncover last 30 minutes. Water may be added to make gravy. Delicious with ribs also.
