Hungarian Pork Chops

List of Ingredients
4 pork chops, loin
2 tablespoons garlic -- chopped
salt and pepper -- to taste
4 medium potatoes -- sliced
1 large onion -- sliced
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon paprika
1 can chicken broth
Recipe
Coat chops with flour.
Brown with garlic in 2 tablespoons oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Set aside.
Place sliced potatoes in the bottom of baking dish large enough to hold chops without crowding. (I used my 9x13)
Place chops on top.
Separate onion slices into rings; place over chops.
Combine sour cream, dry mustard, Paprika and 1/2 the broth. Mix well. Deglaze the frying pan with the rest of the broth picking up the brown bits and add to sour cream mixture.
Pour over chops.
Cover pan with foil and bake at 350F for 1 1/2 hours.
