    List of Ingredients




    5 lbs Ribs
    4 - 5 Bell Peppers - sliced thin (green, red and yellow combo is nice)
    2 Onions - sliced thin
    8 - 10 Garlic Cloves - minced
    2 Jalapeno Peppers - minced
    Seasoning Salt
    Pepper
    BBQ Sauce

    Recipe



    Cut ribs to serving size (4 or 5 bones each). Rub garlic, jalapeno, salt and pepper over ribs. Layer ribs, peppers and onions in casserole(s). Cover with foil. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Bake at 350º for approx 2 hours. Watch closely during last hour adding a little water if necessary so that bottom will not burn. When fork tender, remove from oven and pour BBQ sauce between layers (squeeze bottle helps). Return to oven 15 minutes more. Serve with extra sauce for dipping. Make lots - guests will eat til gone.
