RED POTATOES W/WHIPPING CREAM

I boiled a few small red potatoes,leaving the skins on, washed before boiling of course, added a clove of garlic as they cooked. When they were done I drained off most of any water that was left, added some Brummel and Brown margarine, salt pepper and used whipping cream in them. Whipped them up just as I would mashed potatoes and then added just a bit more garlic powder to them as I should have maybe used two cloves of garlic instead of the one. But yes, I used the heavy whipping cream in them and they were delicious
