    List of Ingredients




    1/2 c (1 stick) butter
    1/2 c flour
    1 t salt
    2 1/2 c milk
    1 c (4 ounces) shredded SHARP Cheddar cheese
    2 packages (16 ounces each) frozen French fries
    1 c corn flakes, crushed

    Recipe



    In a saucepan, melt butter; gradually add flour and salt. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Add shredded cheese and stir until melted.

    Place French fries in buttered 2 quart baking dish and top with cheese sauce; sprinkle with crushed corn flakes. Bake in 375° F oven for 25 to 30 minutes
