    List of Ingredients




    1 Quart Heavy Cream
    1 oz. Chopped Garlic
    2 Tbls. Kosher Salt
    1/4 tsp. White Pepper
    3 oz. Grated Parmesan
    3 lbs. Peeled Potatoes cut into 1/4" thick slices

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Place in a 9" by 13" baking dish. Cover and bake in a 350° oven for approximately 30 minutes or until it is soft in the center. Top with your favorite cheese and serve hot
