Creamy Scalloped Potatoes

List of Ingredients
4 large baking potatoes, peeled and cut in 1/4 inch slices
1 large onion, chopped
1 teaspoon Nature's Seasons seasoned salt
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
Recipe
Layer potatoes and onions in a greased baking dish. Combine soups, milk, and seasonings in a saucepan. Add cream cheese to soup mixture. Heat and stir over medium heat until smooth. Pour over potatoes and onions. Bake at 350� for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
NOTE: For au gratin potatoes, sprinkle top with 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese and 1 cup fine bread crumbs mixed with 2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine.
