List of Ingredients
2 T olive oil
2 T Dijon mustard
1 t rosemary
1/2 t garlic powder
pepper to taste
6 red potatoes, scrubbed and driedRecipe
Preheat oven 400*. Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients (except potatoes) in a large bowl. Cut the potatoes in wedges. Place potatoes in the bowl with the mustard sauce. Mix well, make sure all potatoes are covered with sauce. Place potaoes in prepared dish. Bake, turn occasionally, until tender and crispy, about 30 minutes
