List of Ingredients
1 c. instant mashed potato flakes
1 can buttermilk biscuits
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
4 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 chopped onion
1/2 stick butterRecipe
Put water, salt, butter and Cheddar cheese in pot and bring to boil. When cheese has been melted add potato flakes and whip unitl mixture is smooth and creamy. Allow to cool.
Open a can of biscuits and separate. Roll each biscuit into a 4 inch circle. Put a heaping tablespoon of cool potato mixture in each circle. Fold in half and seal edges. Place piroby on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
Saute chopped onion in 1/2 stick butter until onion is transparent. Pour over baked pirohy.
