    I peel a strip off them, wash them, then sprinkle heavily with seasoned salt and seasoned pepper. I then wrap 1/2 strip of bacon around them, put in baking dish, sprinkle alittle more seasoned salt and pepper on them and bake at 400 until bacon is done. They are so yummy and so easy to do.
