3 1/2 pounds red potatoes, halved
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon coarse salt
1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly cracked
2 sprigs fresh rosemary, separated
Recipe
Heat oven to 350° F. In roasting pan, combine all ingredients; toss to coat. Roast 45-60 minutes, turning occasionally, or until tender.
