Scalloped Potatoes (with or without) Ham

List of Ingredients
2 cans cheddar cheese soup
1 cup milk
Dash pepper
8 cups THINLY (I like to use my Mandolin or food processor to slice these) sliced potatoes (uncooked)
1 large onion, thinly sliced (optional)
2 Tablespoons butter
Sprinkle of paprika
Recipe
Blend soup, milk and pepper for sauce (just mix them together with a spoon in a mixing bowl)
Butter a 3-quart casserole (I usually just do it in a 9 x 13 inch glass pan), arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion, (ham, if using) and sauce. Dot top with 2 Tablespoons of butter, sprinkle with paprika. Cover; bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover, bake 15 minutes longer or until potatoes are done. Depending on how thinly sliced your potatoes are, it may take longer!
I actually did this instead in my crockpot on Low for at least 3-4 hrs. I just mixed everything together and dumped it in...I used the ham as well.
Absolutely Amazing! they smelled sooo good cooking, and finished product was tasty & creamy. A definite make again!
