To make the dish, Thomas puts a peeled banana on a stick, dips it in batter and deep-fries it, sprinkles it with cinnamon sugar then serves it up with a cup of pudding for dipping.
"God gave me this vision," Thomas says of his inspiration. "It tastes just like grandma's banana pudding fresh out of the oven."
