4 ounces Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese, softened
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tub (8 ounces) Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
1 prepared chocolate flavor crumb crust (6 ounces)
2 cups cold milk
2 packages (4 serving size) Jell-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling.
Recipe
Mix cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir in 1 1/2 cups of the whipped topping. Spread on bottom of crust.
Pour 2 cups cold milk into bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well mixed. Mixture will be thick. Immediately stir in remaining whipped topping. Spread over cream cheese layer.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Garnish with additional whipped topping, if desired. Store leftover pie in refrigerator. Makes 8 servings.
Helpful Hint: Soften cream cheese in microwave on HIGH 15 to 20 seconds.
