    List of Ingredients




    2 pounds hashed brown potatoes -- shredded
    1/2 stick butter -- softened
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 ounces sour cream
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    Thaw hash browns and break apart. Mix all ingredients well. Pour into greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake 350º for 1 hour.
