    -8ct. pkgs. crescent roll refrig. dough
    1-lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
    1 can french fried onions
    6 eggs, beaten
    1-14oz. can creamstyle corn
    1-12oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
    3c. shredded cheddar
    16oz. sour cream
    1/2t. salt

    Recipe



    Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Line the pan with the crescent dough going all the way up the sides. Make sure to press the perferations closed. Sprinkle the dough with crumbled bacon and onion. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour into pan. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set. Sometimes on really humid days it takes me almost an hour. If the edges of the crust start to brown to quickly, cover with foil. Let it rest 15-20 minutes before serving. This is even good at room temp.
    Also, these can be made into mini quiches. Just line gresed muffin tins with the dough, fill, and bake 15 minutes or until set.
