A-----Freezing Sweet Roll Dough

Make up dough and let rise once. Make up and pan sweet rolls. Cover and freeze.
The day before I want to bake them I put them into the refrigerator to thaw and slow rise.
The day when I want to bake them remove from the fridge and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes while oven is heating.
Bake as usual.
I set them overnight in the fridge, then next day, set them out to let them rise for 1 1/2 and then bake them
