    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg quick rise yeast
    1 T sugar
    3/4 C warm water
    2 1/2 C buttermilk bicuit mix

    Recipe



    Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Stir in biscuit mix and turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Kneed until smooth and elastic. About 5 minutes. Shape into dinner size rolls or cut with 2 1/2 " round biscuit cutter. Place on greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled. Bake 400 for 10 to 15 minutes.
