    Posted by: eloise2 I have been looking for a certain recipe for a jello salad but couldn't find it for the longest time. I finally found it in an old Better Homes and Gardens cookbook

    List of Ingredients




    Dissolve one 3-ounce pkg. lime-flavored gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.

    Chill till partially set.

    Blend in 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 Tblsp.vinegar.

    Fold in 1 cup chopped celery, 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper and 1 cup cream-style cottage cheese

    Pour into a 4-cup mold; chill until firm.

    Serves 6

    DELICIOUS!!!

    I made this as soon as I found it and now my family wants it every day. It's that good. I intend to make it again today. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
