Parsley Blender Dressing

List of Ingredients
1/4 c. sugar
3 T. FRESH parsley
3/4 c. CIDER vinegar
1 c. vegetable oil (not olive oil)
1 T. dry mustard
1 T. onion, grated
Recipe
Blend all ingredients, except oil, in blender until well blended. Add oil slowly while blending to make a thick dressing.
Sometimes I make it that it tastes just right and other times, it's been "off" a bit. But, I'm so thankful to have this recipe because it's what makes a regular ol' hoagie a really tasty one. It's meant originally to use as a salad dressing, I believe. And, yes, I have put it on salads, too.
