    CRANBERRY GRAPE SALAD

    List of Ingredients




    1 bag cranberries, ground up (food processor)
    1 cup sugar (or Splenda, or stevia)
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained (I use the 20 oz. can
    1 1/2 cups grapes (preferably red seedless), cut in half
    Cool Whip (coconut cream)

    Recipe



    Mix cranberries, sugar, pineapple, and grapes together. Let sit for one day in the refrigerator. Drain off any excess liquid. Fold in cool whip when ready to serve. (To make this friendly for my Thanksgiving cooking class I didn't use Cool Whip--too many chemicals in it, but used coconut cream that I beat with confectioners' sugar until stiff)
