    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg. corn bread mix
    4 oz. can green chilies, chopped and drained
    1/8 tsp. ground cumin
    1/8 tsp. dried oregano
    Pinch of rubbed sage
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup sour cream
    1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
    2 (15 oz.) cans rinsed and drained pinto beans
    2 (15-1/4 oz.) cans drained whole kernel corn
    3 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 cup chopped green pepper
    1 cup chopped green onions
    10 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    Prepare cornbread batter according to directions. Stir in the
    chiles, cumin, oregano and sage. Spread in a greased 8" square
    baking dish. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes
    out clean. Cool. In a small bowl mix mayonnaise, sour cream and
    dressing mix, set aside. Crumble half the corn bread mix into a 13x9
    dish. Layer with half of the beans, mayonnaise mixture, corn,
    tomatoes, green pepper, onions, bacon and cheese. Repeat layers.
    Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
