List of Ingredients
4 c. fresh broccoli florets (about ¾ lb.)
4 c. fresh cauliflowerets (about ¾ lb.)
1 medium red onion, chopped
2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
Dressing:
1 c. mayonnaise
½ c. sour cream
1 to 2 T. sugar
1 T. vinegar
salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
In a large salad bowl, combine vegetables. Whisk the dressing ingredients until smooth. Pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
