    This cucumber-dill sauce is delicious on salmon (or salmon patties), and is easy to make:

    1 cucumber, peeled & grated (I chop it in my food processor)
    1 tsp grated onion (put in processor with cucumber)
    1 cup sour cream
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tsp dry dill weed
    1/2 tsp salt

    Recipe



    Whisk together all ingredients; refrigerate at least 30 minutes to blend flavors. Spoon over salmon.
