    List of Ingredients





    2 LBS ground beef
    1/2 T crisco
    2 C tomato sauce
    1/4 t pepper
    1 1/3 T chili powder
    2 t salt
    1/4 C chopped onion
    1/2 t cayenne pepper
    1/2 t dry mustard

    Recipe



    Fry ground beef until done. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1-2 hours, mashing ground beef until very fine.

    This freezes well.
