    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup butter
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup white sugar
    2 1/2 tbsp. corn syrup
    1/2 cup half & half
    1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla extract
    1 lb. pecan halves

    Recipe



    Combine butter, sugars, corn syrup and half & half in a 6 qt. saucepan. Cook slowly to softball stage(234 -240) Remove from heat, add vanilla and pecan halves. Stir constantly until mixture loses its gloss.
    Drop by tablespoon full ont a brown grecery bag. Allow pralines to cool. If mixture becomes too thick, add a few drops of hot water.
    Store in airtight container
