    12-16 slices

    Cover round pizza pan with waxed paper.

    In large saucepan over low heat, melt butter; add marshmallows; cook, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted. Gradually add cereal, stirring until all pieces are evenly coated.

    With buttered hands, press mixture into 12" circle on waxed paper. Spread chocolate on top to 1" of edge. Top with peanut butter pieces, nuts & cherries. Cool completely. Cut into wedges.
