    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg au gratin potato mix
    1 can Rotel
    2 cups water
    2 cups milk
    4 oz Velveeta -- cubed

    Recipe



    Combine the potatoes, dry cheese mix, Rotel and water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15-18 minutes until potatoes are tender. Add milk and Velveeta, stirring until the cheese is melted
