    List of Ingredients




    3 tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 tbsp. chopped onion
    2 tbsp. chopped celery
    3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 cups chicken stock
    1 cup milk
    1 1/4 cups small frozen shrimp, chopped

    Recipe



    Put butter, onion and celery into saucepan. Saute until onion is soft and clear.
    Mix in flour, salt and pepper. Add chicken stock and milk. Cook and stir until it boils and thickens.
    Add shrimp. Simmer until hot or about 5 minutes if shrimp is raw.
    Makes about 3 1/2 cups
