    I'll either cut back on the amount of water or add cornstarch at the end of the cooking time to thicken it a little

    List of Ingredients




    3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes (next time, I'll probably add more potatoes)
    1 pkg. (16 oz.) fresh baby carrots, quartered (I left them whole)
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 celery ribs, sliced
    1 pkg. frozen cooked meatballs
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
    1 can (10 1/2 oz.) beef gravy (I used Campbell's)
    1 cup water (next time, I'll probably use 1/2 cup)
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    2 tsp. beef bouillon granules (I used 2 cubes, dissolved in the water)

    Recipe



    Place veggies and meatballs in a 5 quart slow cooker. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook and low for 9-10 hours or until the veggies are crisp tender.

    Yield: 6 servings
