List of Ingredients
3 T. oil
3 green peppers
1 sm. tomato sauce
1 lb. sausage
3 lg. tomatoes
4 T. parsley
1 clove garlic
1 T. basil
1 beef bouillon cube
2 lg. onions
1-1/2 lbs. fresh green beans
2 tsp. salt
1 lg. zucchini
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1/2 c. wine
4 T. grated Italian cheese (add in the stew or sprinkle on the bowls when being served.)
Recipe
Cut all vegetables in large pieces. Heat oil in dutch oven, brown sausage, garlic, onions and green peppers. Add tomatoes, bouillon, green beans, tomato sauce and spices. Simmer with lid on until beans are tender. Add zucchini, mushrooms, wine and cheese. Simmer just until zucchini is transparent. Do not overcook.
