    List of Ingredients




    6 Hard boiled eggs, chopped fine. used (1) egg
    6-oz Cream Cheese( used 1 Tbs)
    6 Tbs Miracle Whip( used 1 Tbs Low Fat mayonnaise)
    1/2 tsp onion powder( a sprinkle)
    1-1/2 Tbs yellow mustard( used a squirt of Dijon)
    6 drops of Tabasco sauce( did not use)

    Recipe



    Mash and stir all together. Cover and chill well. Serve with Ritz Crackers, some optional garnishes are olives, sliced pickles or mushrooms~

    I spread this mixture onto 4 slices of thin boiled ham. Placed a blanched asparagus spear on one end of each piece of ham and rolled up. Placed seam side down and chilled well. Cut in 1/2 right before serving~ Perfect~ And they stayed together very nicely~
