List of Ingredients
Cut up about 3 onions and 3 stalks celery.
Simmer in 1 can of chicken broth for about 20 minutes.
1 loaf bread, cubed (about 20 cups)
Put in large container
Season with:
2 tsp. salt
1 T sage (use half if really potent sage{the expensive kind})
1 tsp. pepper
About 1 tsp. poultry seasoning or to taste
Mix spices into bread. Add all the onion, celery, and broth. Stir and then taste and see if you need more

Bake in a greased casserole dish or dishes depending on size. I usually cover the dish but might want to
take the cover off the last 15 minutes if the stuffing is really moist. Bake at 350° about 35-45 minutes or longer at 325° along side the roasting turkey.
