    List of Ingredients




    1/2 Cup Celery
    1/2 Cup Onion
    1/4 Cup Butter
    6 Cups dried Cubed Bread
    1 Tbsp chopped Parsley
    3 Cups Oysters w/their juice
    3/4 tsp salt
    3/4 tsp pepper
    Milk
    1 tsp poultry seasoning
    2 Beaten Eggs

    Recipe



    Saute celery & onion in butter until soft. Drain oysters, reserving juice. Combine oyster juice and enough milk to measure 1 3/4 Cup of liquid. Combine with all remaining ingredients.
    Notes:
    Enough to stuff a 12 lb. turkey.
