Cracker crumbs -- 1 cup = 28 crackers finely crushed
Vanilla wafer crumbs -- 1 cup = 22 wafers finely crushed
Whipping cream -- 1 cup = 2 cups whipped
Evaporated milk -- 1 cup = 3 cups whipped
Marshmallows -- 1 large = 10 miniature
100-110 miniatures = 1 cup
Chopped nuts -- 4 1/2 oz = 1 cup
Cottage Cheese -- 1 lb. = 2 cups
