Recipe Introduction
Posted by: gratefulservant_AZ*********This corn was to die for good. And they don't really have good corn in AZ like they do back east. This is wonderful. It came from last issue of Simple and Delicious
List of Ingredients
8 medium ears sweet corn in husks (I only made 4)
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/2 t. minced garlic (I used the jar kind)
1/4 t. salt
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese (the kind in the jar is all I had, and from the picture, that is what they meant to be used)
Recipe
Soak corn in cold water for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine butter, garlic, and salt. Cook and stir over medium until melted. I did mine in bowl in microwave. Set aside 2 T. Carefully peel back cornhusks to 1 inch from bottom. Remove silk. Brush with butter mixture. Replace husks. Tie with string. I just wrapped mine in foil as I didn't have string. Cook over medium coals turning occasionally for 25-30 minutes. Remove from grill. Peel back husks. Drizzle with remaining butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
