Glazed Carrots with Butter and Cinnamon

List of Ingredients
1 pound carrots, peeled, and cooked in 1" water until tender and drain. Sprinkle with 1 T. lemon juice
3 T. butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 t. cinnamon
Salt to taste
Recipe
In a large skillet, combine all the ingredients and cook, tossing and turning until carrots are nicely glazed and butter and sugar and syrupy. Sprinkle with 1 t. parsley flakes and cook for another minute. Serves 4 to 6
Note:Carrots can be prepared earlier in the day and reheated carefully at time of serving.
