List of Ingredients
10 oz. yellow squash (I used crookneck) (1 large)
1 pkg. chicken bouillion (2 tsp.)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder (1/4 tsp.)
1 Tbsp. minced onion (2 tsp.)
2 oz. grated cheddar cheese (1/2 cup)
1 cup bread crumbs (1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbsRecipe
Cook squash and mash (I cooked the onions in with the squash). Stir in bouillion, garlic powder and onions. In a small baking pan, layer squash then cheese and repeat. Top with bread crumbs and bake at 400° for 15 minutes. (I sprayed the top with Parkay margarine in the spray bottle).

ANOTHER WAY I LIKE TO EAT YELLOW SQUASH
One of my favorite ways to fix squash is to cut into small cubes (peeled or unpeeled), cut potatoes into small cubes, dice one onion, fry in a small amount of butter, oil or bacon grease until potatoes are tender, salt and pepper to taste.
