    1 package (3 oz) cream cheese
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1 Package (7.5 Oz) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
    1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 cup sliced almonds
    cinnamon (optional)

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 375°

    2. Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla.

    3. Separate biscuits. Roll to flatten to approx 4" diameter and place on baking sheet

    4. Spread cream cheese mixture over biscuits

    5. Distribute pineapple over cream cheese.

    6. Top with almonds

    7. Sprinkle lightly with Cinnamon if desired

    8. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until browned.
