Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake

1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 ounces semisweet baking Chocolate, melted and cooled
Recipe
1. In small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter
2. Press onto bottom and up sides 9-inch pie plate
3. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar and flour for 2 minutes. Beat in egg, gradually beat in milk and vanilla
4. Blend 1 cup batter into melted chocolate
5. Pour chocolate mixture into crumb crust. Carefully pour remaining vanilla mixture over top. With spoon, swirl chocolate mixture up from bottom.
6. Bake at 325°F. for 40 to 50 minutes, or until enter is set.
7. Cool completely. Chill. Serve
