Fuzzy Navel Cake

4 large egg
1/2 cup oil
6 ounces orange juice, frozen concentrate
1/4 cup Peach Schnapps
18 ounces box yellow cake mix, without the pudding in the mix
3 1/2 ounces box French vanilla instant pudding mix
1/2 teaspoon orange extract
1 cup powdered sugar
4 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons Peach Schnapps
Recipe
1. Beat eggs on medium speed until very foamy with an electric mixer about 3 minutes.
2. Beat in oil, juice concentrate, and schnapps just until mixed
3. Add dry cake mix and beat on slow speed until moistened
4. Beat in pudding mix and then increase speed to medium and beat 3 minutes, scraping sides of bowl occasionally.
5. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan.
6. Bake at 350° until it tests done, about 55 to 60 minutes.
7. Cool in pan on rack 30 minutes.
8. Invert onto serving dish and glaze
9. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks or freeze up to 6 months
