    You can also make in a 7 x 11 pyrex casserole and double the recipe

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup butter
    1 cup unsifted flour
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 package (3.5oz) pistachio instant pudding
    1 small Cool Whip®

    Recipe



    1. Melt butter in a fry pan.

    2. Add remaining ingredients (except pudding mix and cool whip) and mix well.

    3. Cook over med-high heat 3 to 5 minutes or until golden and crumbly, stirring constantly.

    4. Press onto bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan.

    5. Chill

    6. Mix pudding according to pkg. directions. Pour into crust and spread cool whip over top and Chill
