2lbs peeled red potatoes boiled & mashed
1 continer of sour cream
1 packet of French onion soup (liptons)
butter
milk
chedder cheese
3/4 lb bacon chopped
Recipe
Mix potatoes & sour cream, onion mix, milk & butter until creamy and fluffy & to your taste.. probably needs some cracked black pepper & a pinch of salt
Bottom layer is potatoes
top with cheese
and top with cooked crumbled bacon
bake for 20 mins until crusty on sides and bubbly
she also mention that if you do it in smaller individual size baking dishes it needs less time .. but more of the cheesy crunch crust all over.
