Almond Butter Cookies

2 cups sliced almonds
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 egg white, slightly beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla
Recipe
1. Line a cookie sheet with foil; set aside.
2. Combine almonds and flour in a medium mixing bowl. Add butter, egg white, and vanilla. Stir until combines. Let mixture stand 10 minutes
3. Drop the mixture by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart. Bake in a 325°F. oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a pan or a wire rack. Remove cooled cookies, peeling away the foil as necessary.
4. Store in an airtight container.
