    3 1/4 cups confectioner's sugar
    8 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
    2 1/2 teaspoons freshly grated lime zest (about 6 limes total)

    Recipe



    1. Sift confectioner's sugar into a medium bowl.

    2. Add lime juice; stir until smooth.

    3. Stir in lime zest.
