Recipe 1. Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla then flour, then pecans 2. Roll into fingers (chill if dough is too soft) 3. Bake at 300° for 30 to 40 minutes (until light golden brown) 4. Roll in powdered sugar while warm, cool, roll in powdered sugar again.
