1/2 cup butter
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1 cup pecans, broken in large pcs.
Recipe
1. Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla then flour, then pecans
2. Roll into fingers (chill if dough is too soft)
3. Bake at 300° for 30 to 40 minutes (until light golden brown)
4. Roll in powdered sugar while warm, cool, roll in powdered sugar again.
