Notes: Cookies may be frozen before sprinkling with sugar, if desired.
List of Ingredients
2 sticks butter or margarine, at room temperature
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 to 1 cup crushed potato chips
1 cup chopped pecans
confectioner's sugar
Recipe
1. Cream butter or margarine and sugar until well blended.
2. Add flour gradually. Stir in vanilla, potato chips and pecans.
3. Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.
4. Bake at 325°F. for 15 to 20 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar after cookies are cool.
