Skillet Sausage and Cabbage

White wine may be substituted for chicken broth
List of Ingredients
1 pound Kielbasa, cut 1" thick
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 medium green bell pepper, cut into strips
6 cups cabbage, coarsely chopped
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepperRecipe
1. Saute sausage in a heavy skillet over medium heat until browned: drain on paper towels
2. Add onion and bell pepper into skillet, and saute 2 to 3 minutes. Add cabbage, and cook, stirring often, 8 minutes. Add sausage, broth and remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to medium low, and cook 10 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
3. Serve immediately.
